Returns

All returns to ORG Inc. are subject to approval by ORG Inc.
All eligible returns will be credited to the customer’s lens account. No refunds will be issued.
Returns sent to ORG Inc. in error will be returned to the sender at their expense.
A copy of the original invoice and the return reason should accompany the job to be remade.

Glacier Plus AR Coating

Lenses coated with the Glacier Plus AR coating are guaranteed against scratching for a period of 1 year.
The original lens order will be duplicated and the invoice will be credited 100% upon return of the defective lenses.
All lenses must be returned before credit will be issued. Lenses will not be credited if scratched beyond normal usage. This is limited to a one time replacement.

Non- Adaptation for Progressive Addition Lenses

Lenses rejected by the wearer due to non-adaptation of Doctor’s change will be credited 100% if received by ORG Inc. within 60 days of the original invoice date.
Credits will be issued upon approval and return of old lenses.

Cancellation of an Order

A lens order can be cancelled at no charge, provided that lens processing has not been started.
The customer will be responsible for all charges once the order has started the manufacturing process or within a 30 day period after the job has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

ORG Inc. lenses may be returned for credit if found to be defective, in material or workmanship, before further processing by ORG Inc.’s lab customer, within 15 days of the invoice date.

Exceptions to Credit Policy

ORG Inc. will be very fair with customers regarding returns; however returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Lenses edged to a height bowl the minimum height published by ORG Inc.
- Lenses received for credit over 60 days from the original invoice date.
- Lenses abused beyond normal usage.
